Q. Do you have sizing information?
A. We have added a size chart to help you determine your size when ordering from Archipelago Outfitters. Sizing and cut will vary between fabrications and styles please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us by email.

A. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
Q. I received an error when placing my order, what do I do?
A. First, make a note of the error code displayed to you. Then, check that the billing address entered matches exactly what your bank has on record as your address. If you still have trouble, it is possible that your bank has placed a hold on the purchase until you verify that your purchase was intentional.
Q. What if an item I ordered is not available?
A. Archipelago Outfitters makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has processed.
